- 3 ripe bananas (about 1 cup mashed)
- 120 grams (1/2 cup) creamy peanut butter
- 50 grams (1/2 cup) cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7 inch x 7 inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
- Mash the ripe bananas until silky smooth in a large bowl.
- Add the creamy peanut butter and stir until smooth.
- Sift in the cocoa powder and mix until fully combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 22 to 30 minutes, until the top looks firm and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For a fun twist, you can add chocolate chips or nuts. Serve warm with ice cream or drizzle chocolate sauce on top.
