Description

A quick and easy cheesy tortilla garlic bread made in the air fryer, perfect for busy weeknights and customizable to your taste.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • 12 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread softened butter evenly over both tortillas, using about 1 tablespoon for each.
  2. Top with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  3. Sprinkle on garlic powder and Italian seasoning, adding salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Stack the tortillas on top of each other.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook for about 5 minutes until cheese is golden brown and edges are crispy.
  6. Let it cool for a minute, then slice with a pizza cutter into triangle pieces.
