Description
A quick and easy cheesy tortilla garlic bread made in the air fryer, perfect for busy weeknights and customizable to your taste.
Ingredients

- 2 flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread softened butter evenly over both tortillas, using about 1 tablespoon for each.
- Top with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle on garlic powder and Italian seasoning, adding salt and pepper if desired.
- Stack the tortillas on top of each other.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook for about 5 minutes until cheese is golden brown and edges are crispy.
- Let it cool for a minute, then slice with a pizza cutter into triangle pieces.
Notes
Customize with different cheeses or add vegetables. Serve warm with marinara or ranch for dipping.
