Description

Delicious, festive donut holes made quickly in the air fryer, perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup milk (whole or plant-based)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until combined.
  4. Fill silicone donut hole molds halfway with the batter.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Place the molds in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar.

Notes

These donut holes are best served warm. Enjoy with cocoa or tea!
