- 1 package (8 oz) pre-made croissant dough
- 4 oz sliced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mix of cheddar and Swiss)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Unroll the croissant dough on a clean surface and separate the triangles.
- Place slices of ham on each triangle, followed by a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese.
- Roll from the wider end of the triangle towards the tip, tucking in the edges to seal them tight.
- Brush each rolled croissant with beaten egg.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving room between each one.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until they’re golden brown and puffed up.
- Check doneness at 8 minutes; remove once they’re crispy and let cool slightly before serving.
