Description

A quick and easy recipe for crispy, cheesy ham and cheese croissants made in the air fryer in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (8 oz) pre-made croissant dough
  • 4 oz sliced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mix of cheddar and Swiss)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll the croissant dough on a clean surface and separate the triangles.
  3. Place slices of ham on each triangle, followed by a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese.
  4. Roll from the wider end of the triangle towards the tip, tucking in the edges to seal them tight.
  5. Brush each rolled croissant with beaten egg.
  6. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving room between each one.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes until they’re golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Check doneness at 8 minutes; remove once they’re crispy and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These croissants are best enjoyed fresh and crispy. Pair with a light salad or soup for a cozy meal.
