Description

This Air Fryer Honey Lemon Salmon comes together in about 15 minutes, perfect for a quick and healthy weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets (fresh or thawed frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the honey lemon mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. Place the salmon skin side down in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Minimal cleanup; just a bowl and the air fryer to wash. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
