- Day-old croissants
- Almond cream
- Powdered sugar
- Sliced almonds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the day-old croissants in half lengthwise.
- Slather almond cream inside each half.
- Spread a thin layer of almond cream on the outer sides of the croissants.
- Top with sliced almonds.
- Place croissants on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, until golden.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
