This delightful Easy Amish Christmas Jam comes together in about 30 minutes and is a quick and easy addition to your holiday traditions.

- 4 Cups Diced Strawberries
- 2 Cups Diced Peaches
- 2 Cups Crushed Pineapple
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 6 Cups Sugar
- 1 Package (1.75 oz) Powdered Fruit Pectin
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 4 cups diced strawberries, 2 cups diced peaches, and 2 cups crushed pineapple with 1/4 cup lemon juice. Toss to coat the fruit.
- Transfer the mixture to a large pot and add 6 cups sugar. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- Stir in 1 package powdered fruit pectin and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Once it reaches a rolling boil, let it boil for 1-2 minutes until it starts thickening up.
- Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars and seal them. Process in a boiling water bath for about 5-10 minutes.
- Allow jars to cool completely before storing.
Notes
You can use frozen fruit if fresh is not available. Make sure to adjust for any excess liquid.
