Description

Sip sunshine with this Bahama Mama tropical smoothie! Easy, creamy, and packed with tropical fruits, your 5‑minute path to island calm.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk for lighter flavor)

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 1–2 tbsp shredded coconut (optional for texture)

  • 1 tbsp white chocolate chips or white chocolate protein powder (optional but dreamy)

  • 1/2 frozen banana (for creaminess)

  • Handful of ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed.

  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. (Pause to scrape down the sides if needed.)

  • Taste and adjust—add more juice if you like it thinner, or a few ice cubes for a thicker chill.

  • Pour into your favorite glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple or a sprinkle of coconut.

Notes

For extra protein, add Greek yogurt or collagen powder, it blends seamlessly.
