Description

A quick and easy recipe for cheesy broccoli balls that are perfect for a family-friendly dinner. Customize with your favorite ingredients!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Finely chop the broccoli florets.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
  4. Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into tight balls.
  5. Place balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced about 1 inch apart.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
