- 2 cups Broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 large Eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Finely chop the broccoli florets.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
- Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into tight balls.
- Place balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
