Description

A quick and easy recipe for baked chicken breasts that’s perfect for busy weeknight dinners. This versatile dish can be tailored to fit your family’s taste preferences.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • A couple pinches of salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while you get everything else prepped.
  2. Combine the soy sauce, Dijon mustard, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and whisk until blended.
  3. Place your chicken breasts in the bowl and ensure they’re fully coated in the marinade. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, scraping the marinade over the top, and drizzle with olive oil if using.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and golden-brown, with an internal temperature reaching 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or a caesar salad. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
