- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- A couple pinches of salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while you get everything else prepped.
- Combine the soy sauce, Dijon mustard, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and whisk until blended.
- Place your chicken breasts in the bowl and ensure they’re fully coated in the marinade. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, scraping the marinade over the top, and drizzle with olive oil if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and golden-brown, with an internal temperature reaching 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
