- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream or milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until bubbly.
- Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix the wilted spinach with heavy cream, grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a bowl.
