Description

This delicious Quick and Easy Baked Eggs Florentine comes together in 30 minutes! A crowd-pleaser that your family will love—so comforting and versatile.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until bubbly.
  3. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Mix the wilted spinach with heavy cream, grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a bowl.
  5. Prepare a greased baking dish and pour the spinach-cream mixture into it.
  6. Crack an egg into each of the four small wells you made in the mixture.
