Quick and Easy Baked Feta Pasta

Description

This incredibly easy Baked Feta Pasta comes together in about 30 minutes and is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner your family will love.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups grape tomatoes, washed and dried
  • 1 (8 oz) brick of feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked, drained, and kept warm

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Add the tomatoes to a medium-sized baking dish.
  3. Place the feta cheese right in the center of the tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle 3 tablespoons of olive oil over the tomatoes and cheese.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and salt over everything.
  6. Drizzle on 2 more tablespoons of olive oil over the feta.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until tomatoes burst and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven and stir to combine the feta with the tomatoes.
  9. Add the chopped basil and mix.
  10. Mix in the cooked pasta until well combined and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with a green salad or garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, and the dish can be frozen before combining with pasta.
