Description
This incredibly easy Baked Feta Pasta comes together in about 30 minutes and is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner your family will love.
Ingredients

- 2 ½ cups grape tomatoes, washed and dried
- 1 (8 oz) brick of feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- 12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked, drained, and kept warm
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Add the tomatoes to a medium-sized baking dish.
- Place the feta cheese right in the center of the tomatoes.
- Drizzle 3 tablespoons of olive oil over the tomatoes and cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and salt over everything.
- Drizzle on 2 more tablespoons of olive oil over the feta.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until tomatoes burst and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and stir to combine the feta with the tomatoes.
- Add the chopped basil and mix.
- Mix in the cooked pasta until well combined and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with a green salad or garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, and the dish can be frozen before combining with pasta.
