Instructions
- Combine peanut butter and honey in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20–30 seconds until warm, then stir until smooth.
- Add protein powder, salt, and extract. Mix until a thick dough forms. Adjust consistency with milk or protein powder as needed.
- Fold in rainbow sprinkles carefully.
- Shape the dough into 1 tablespoon balls between your hands.
- Chill on a parchment-lined tray for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
