- 2 Cups Bisquick Pancake Mix
- 1 Pound Ground Pork
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Water (as needed)
- A Couple Pinches of Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, ground pork, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well until blended; add water if needed to bind.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of golf balls, and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for a minute before serving warm.
