Description

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Bisquick Pancake Mix
  • 1 Pound Ground Pork
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Water (as needed)
  • A Couple Pinches of Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, ground pork, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well until blended; add water if needed to bind.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of golf balls, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Let cool for a minute before serving warm.
