- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pinches sea salt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil to coat the bottom.
- Add shishito peppers to the hot oil and cook for 5-7 minutes until blistered and slightly charred.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with sea salt while warm.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice, and mayonnaise to create the dipping sauce.
- Serve the blistered peppers warm alongside the dipping sauce.
