Description

A quick and easy appetizer made with blistered shishito peppers, served with a customizable dipping sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pinches sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil to coat the bottom.
  2. Add shishito peppers to the hot oil and cook for 5-7 minutes until blistered and slightly charred.
  3. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sea salt while warm.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice, and mayonnaise to create the dipping sauce.
  5. Serve the blistered peppers warm alongside the dipping sauce.
