Ingredients
- Fresh jalapeños
- Brie cheese
- Fresh blueberries
- Bacon (optional)
- Honey
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds to reduce heat.
- Combine brie cheese, blueberries, and honey in a mixing bowl.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese-blueberry mixture.
- Wrap with bacon if desired.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until tender and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
