Description

Quick and easy no-bake protein balls that are deliciously satisfying and perfect for a healthy snack your family will love.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla flavor recommended)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A couple pinches of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the rolled oats, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Use a spatula to combine everything well.
  2. Add the fresh blueberries and gently fold them into the mixture.
  3. Chill the bowl in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Roll a tablespoon of the mixture between your palms to form balls.
  5. Store the rolled protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge or freeze for later.

Notes

These protein balls can be customized with different fruits or nuts. They last about a week in the fridge and can be frozen for up to three months.
