A refreshing blueberry lemonade perfect for hot summer days, made with simple ingredients and easy steps.
Ingredients

- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- Juice from 4–5 lemons (about ¾ cup)
- Peels from 2–3 lemons (optional)
- 1 cup water (for the syrup)
- 4 cups cold water (for the lemonade)
- Mint leaves, lemon peels, and additional blueberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Juice the lemons to get about ¾ cup of juice.
- In a medium saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, lemon peels (if using), and 1 cup of water. Heat over medium until sugar dissolves and blueberries pop (3-4 minutes).
- Remove from heat, let cool, and strain the syrup to remove the berries and peels.
- In a large pitcher, mix the blueberry syrup with 4 cups of cold water to taste.
- Chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves, lemon slices, and extra blueberries.
