Description

Quick and easy no-bake protein balls packed with flavor and perfect for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the rolled oats and protein powder in a large bowl until evenly combined.
  2. Add the almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Chill the rolled balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for about 30 minutes.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
