Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix the rolled oats and protein powder in a large bowl until evenly combined.
- Add the almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the blueberries gently.
- Roll the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- Chill the rolled balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for about 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
