Description

This creamy One Pan Boursin Chicken Risotto comes together in about 30 minutes, cooked in one pot for an easy weeknight meal that your family will love!


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts, chopped
  • 1 cup Arborio Rice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth (low-sodium)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 150g Garlic Herb Boursin Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, combine chicken, arborio rice, garlic, onion, chicken broth, and milk. Bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.
  3. Once boiling, cover and place the skillet in the oven, baking for 18-20 minutes.
  4. After baking, stir in the Boursin cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with parsley or extra cheese.
