- 2 Chicken Breasts, chopped
- 1 cup Arborio Rice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Onion, diced
- 4 cups Chicken Broth (low-sodium)
- 1 cup Milk
- 150g Garlic Herb Boursin Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, combine chicken, arborio rice, garlic, onion, chicken broth, and milk. Bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.
- Once boiling, cover and place the skillet in the oven, baking for 18-20 minutes.
- After baking, stir in the Boursin cheese until melted and combined.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley or extra cheese.
