Description

Quick and easy breakfast roll-ups filled with sausage, scrambled eggs, and optional cheese, perfect for busy mornings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • Shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet and pinch the seams together to create a uniform sheet.
  3. In a medium skillet, scramble the eggs with salt and pepper until just set and creamy.
  4. In another skillet, cook the crumbled sausage until browned and heated through.
  5. Combine the sausage and scrambled eggs in a bowl and add cheese if using.
  6. Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the wide end of each piece of dough and roll tightly.
  7. Place the roll-ups seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
