Description

A comforting and delicious Broccoli Chicken Casserole that comes together in about 30 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 cup crushed pork rinds or breadcrumbs for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise if using. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. If using, sprinkle crushed pork rinds or breadcrumbs on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
