- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 cup crushed pork rinds or breadcrumbs for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise if using. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- If using, sprinkle crushed pork rinds or breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
