- 2 large eggs

- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions
- Melt the unsalted butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring continuously.
- Fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
- Roll out the croissant dough into a large rectangle, approximately ¼ inch thick.
- Cut the dough into triangles, about 4 inches wide at the base.
- Place a tablespoon of brownie batter at the base of each triangle and gently roll from base to tip.
- Place the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving; dust with powdered sugar and add chopped nuts if desired.

Notes
