Description

This delicious Bruschetta Dip comes together in about 15 minutes for a quick and easy appetizer that your family will love!


Ingredients

  • 6.5 oz Alouette Cheese (or another soft cheese spread like Boursin)
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
  • Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. Spread the Alouette cheese evenly on a large plate or small platter, leaving about a quarter inch around the edge clear.
  2. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes evenly over the cheese.
  3. Add the fresh basil on top of the tomatoes.
