Description

Quick and delicious Buffalo Chicken Bacon Mozzarella Bombs, perfect for game day gatherings or family movie nights.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, cut into cubes
  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon, crumbled
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 Large Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Gently fold in the mozzarella cubes and crumbled bacon.
  3. Grab a handful of the chicken mixture and squeeze it in your hands to form a ball. Place on a cutting board.
  4. Set up your breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a large skillet.
  5. Dip each bomb first in flour, then in egg, and finally into the breadcrumbs.
  6. Carefully add the bombs to the hot oil and fry each side for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the bombs to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  8. Serve hot with additional buffalo sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
