Quick and delicious Buffalo Chicken Bacon Mozzarella Bombs, perfect for game day gatherings or family movie nights.

- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, cut into cubes
- 6 slices Cooked Bacon, crumbled
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 2 Large Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil, for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Gently fold in the mozzarella cubes and crumbled bacon.
- Grab a handful of the chicken mixture and squeeze it in your hands to form a ball. Place on a cutting board.
- Set up your breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Dip each bomb first in flour, then in egg, and finally into the breadcrumbs.
- Carefully add the bombs to the hot oil and fry each side for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Use a slotted spoon to transfer the bombs to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with additional buffalo sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
