Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Incorporate the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt; blend until smooth.
- Sift in the flour and gently fold until just combined.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and tap on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
