- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- Sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium saucepan, gently heat the honey over medium-low heat until it turns a rich, deep amber color, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, salt, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Stir in the cooled honey, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until well combined.
- Pour the filling into your pie crust, smoothing it out.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes until the filling is set and the top is caramelized.
- Let the pie cool slightly before serving, and sprinkle with sea salt.
