- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Crusty bread, pita chips, or crunchy vegetables for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Cream together the cream cheese and mozzarella in another bowl until smooth.
- Layer the cheese mixture in a baking dish and top with the tomato mix.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot with bread or chips.
