Description

A delicious, no-bake Caprese Dip that comes together in about 30 minutes, perfect for gatherings or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced fresh tomatoes (Roma or heirloom)
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Crusty bread, pita chips, or crunchy vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Cream together the cream cheese and mozzarella in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Layer the cheese mixture in a baking dish and top with the tomato mix.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with bread or chips.
