Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring crispy rice paper rolls filled with caramelized bananas, perfect for a quick and easy treat.


Ingredients

  • 4 rice paper wrappers
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the sliced bananas until caramelized, about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Soak the rice paper wrappers in warm water for about 10 seconds until soft.
  4. Lay the wrappers flat and place a spoonful of caramelized bananas in the center.
  5. Roll the wrappers tightly like burritos.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan until hot.
  7. Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  8. Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve warm.
