Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the sliced bananas until caramelized, about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Soak the rice paper wrappers in warm water for about 10 seconds until soft.
- Lay the wrappers flat and place a spoonful of caramelized bananas in the center.
- Roll the wrappers tightly like burritos.
- Heat oil in a frying pan until hot.
- Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve warm.
