Description

A delightful and light keto bread made from eggs and cheese, perfect for busy weeknight dinners and customizable to your taste.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  3. In the bowl with the egg yolks, mix in the cream cheese and grated cheese until smooth.
  4. In the bowl with the egg whites, add the cream of tartar and whip until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the cheese mixture.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, forming small rounds.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the tops are golden.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
