- 4 boiled eggs

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Carefully add the onions and boil for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- In the last 8-10 minutes of boiling, add the boiled eggs to warm them.
- Drain the onions and eggs and place them in a serving dish.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the hot onions and eggs.
- Top with shredded cheese and let melt slightly before serving.
