These delightful Quick Cherry Pie Bites come together in about 25 minutes as a no-bake dessert that the whole family will love!
Ingredients

- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the refrigerated pie crusts on a clean, floured surface to about 1/8-inch thick.
- Cut the crusts into small circles, around 3 inches in diameter.
- Place a spoonful of cherry pie filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold the circles over to create pockets and press the edges to seal.
- Whisk the egg in a small bowl and brush the tops with it.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before dusting with powdered sugar.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These bites can be made ahead of time and frozen. Bake from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the baking time.
