Description

These delightful Quick Cherry Pie Bites come together in about 25 minutes as a no-bake dessert that the whole family will love!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pie crusts on a clean, floured surface to about 1/8-inch thick.
  3. Cut the crusts into small circles, around 3 inches in diameter.
  4. Place a spoonful of cherry pie filling in the center of each circle.
  5. Fold the circles over to create pockets and press the edges to seal.
  6. Whisk the egg in a small bowl and brush the tops with it.
  7. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before dusting with powdered sugar.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These bites can be made ahead of time and frozen. Bake from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the baking time.
