Description
This delicious Chicken Kofta with Garlic Yogurt Sauce comes together in about 30 minutes and is grilled for a quick and easy dinner that your family will love!
Ingredients

- 500 grams ground chicken
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for grilling)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- A pinch of salt (to taste)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small, oval-shaped koftas.
- Preheat your grill and brush it with olive oil. Grill the koftas for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- While the koftas are grilling, prepare the garlic yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl.
- Serve the koftas with a generous dollop of garlic yogurt sauce on the side.
Notes
You can adjust the spices or add red pepper flakes to give it a kick! Leftovers will keep for up to 3 days if stored properly.
