Description

Delicious Chicken Mozzarella Bombs that are high in protein, perfect for comfort food lovers and busy families.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small round balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bombs are golden brown on top.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and enjoy hot.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps. For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs or skip them altogether.
