Description

This comforting Easy Chicken Tetrazzini comes together in about 30 minutes in one pot for a satisfying weeknight dinner that your family will love.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Gently stir in the diced chicken, cooked spaghetti, and frozen peas, along with half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with a fresh side salad and garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator or frozen for later.
