This comforting Easy Chicken Tetrazzini comes together in about 30 minutes in one pot for a satisfying weeknight dinner that your family will love.

- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Gently stir in the diced chicken, cooked spaghetti, and frozen peas, along with half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with a fresh side salad and garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator or frozen for later.
