- ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and grease a mini muffin pan.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a medium bowl: whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl: mix yogurt, maple syrup, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Fill each muffin cup about 1 ½ tablespoons full of batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
