Ingredients

– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

– 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

– 1/2 banana

– 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract or fresh mint leaves

– 1 tablespoon cacao powder

– 1/2 cup ice

– Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup


Instructions
