Description

This delicious Cinnamon Roll Croissants recipe comes together in about 20 minutes and is a quick and easy breakfast or dessert that your family will love!


Ingredients

  • 1 (14-ounce) package of refrigerated croissant dough
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Mix the softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl until well combined.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over each croissant triangle.
  5. Starting from the wide end, roll up each croissant triangle carefully.
  6. Arrange them on your prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Whisk together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk in another small bowl until smooth to prepare the glaze.
  9. Drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the warm croissants once they’re slightly cooled.
