- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the drained corn, shredded cheddar cheese, diced green onions, diced red bell pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and a couple pinches of salt and pepper until well mixed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
