Description

This delicious Corn Dip is a creamy, no-bake treat that comes together in about 30 minutes, perfect for BBQs and cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in the drained corn, shredded cheddar cheese, diced green onions, diced red bell pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and a couple pinches of salt and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or crackers.
