- 4 large bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a bowl, mix together the crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the seafood mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and optionally sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the peppers are tender and the filling is heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
