Delicious Crab Crescent Bites that are quick and easy to make, perfect for weeknight dinners and gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
- 1 cup cooked crab meat (lump or flaked)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tablespoons green onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles, cutting each triangle in half lengthwise if desired.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up toward the point, tucking in the sides.
- Place the rolled bites seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving and enjoy warm.
Notes
Serve with a dipping sauce such as cocktail sauce or remoulade. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
