Description

A refreshing and flavorful Crab Salad that comes together in just 15 minutes, perfect for a light dinner option.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the crab meat, diced celery, red bell pepper, cucumber, and finely chopped red onion in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a smaller bowl until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and gently toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately on lettuce leaves or refrigerate for later use.
