Ingredients

- 1 lb Chicken Breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 bunch Asparagus, trimmed
- 2–3 Potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup Whole Milk
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, around 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in cream cheese until melted and combined, about 1-2 minutes.
- In a pot, boil salted water and cook chopped potatoes for about 15 minutes until fork-tender.
- Steam asparagus in a small pot of boiling water for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Drain potatoes, return to pot, and mash with whole milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Serve creamy chicken bites alongside mashed potatoes and asparagus.
