Instructions
- Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen cloth (about 5 minutes).
- Combine the grated zucchini, tahini, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a medium bowl. Stir until smoothly blended (about 3-4 minutes).
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary (1-2 minutes).
- Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with fresh herbs (1 minute).
- Serve with pita bread or veggies for dipping.
Notes
