Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (freshly minced)
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Herbs (like Italian seasoning)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and dried herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over each pork chop. Dip each chop into the Parmesan mixture, pressing down gently to coat.
  4. Place the coated pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the chops are golden brown.
  6. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
