- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and dried herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over each pork chop. Dip each chop into the Parmesan mixture, pressing down gently to coat.
- Place the coated pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the chops are golden brown.
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
