Description

This delicious dish comes together in about 10 minutes and is a true dump-and-go recipe that your family will love!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Sausages (Italian or spicy)
  • 2 Bell Peppers (any colors)
  • 1 Onion (preferably yellow)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (fresh or pre-minced)
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Hoagie Rolls or Bread (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Chop the bell peppers and onion into strips and add to the slow cooker with minced garlic.
  2. Layer the sausage links on top of the vegetables.
  3. Pour the diced tomatoes over everything and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and gently swirl to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve over hoagie rolls or with bread, adding your favorite toppings.

Notes

Feel free to add different vegetables or sausages based on what you have available.
