Description

A delightful cruffin recipe that comes together in about 25 minutes, perfect for a cozy breakfast or as an after-school snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 tube of crescent roll dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the crescent roll dough flat on a clean surface and brush it with melted butter.
  3. Mix together cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and sprinkle it over the buttered dough.
  4. Roll the dough into a log starting from one long side.
  5. Slice the dough log into 1-inch sections.
  6. Place each piece cut-side up in the greased muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Roll the warm cruffins in an extra cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  9. Serve warm with coffee or hot chocolate.

Notes
