- 1 lb shrimp, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 8–10 sheets rice paper
- 1–2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp: Finely chop the shrimp and mix in a bowl with minced garlic, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Soften the rice paper: Dip a sheet of rice paper into warm water for a few seconds until pliable, then lay it flat on a surface.
- Wrap the dumpling: Place about a tablespoon of the shrimp mixture in the center, fold over, and pinch to seal.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the dumplings.
- Fry until golden, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
