Description

Quick and easy shrimp dumplings made with rice paper for a crispy and delicious dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 810 sheets rice paper
  • 12 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp: Finely chop the shrimp and mix in a bowl with minced garlic, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Soften the rice paper: Dip a sheet of rice paper into warm water for a few seconds until pliable, then lay it flat on a surface.
  3. Wrap the dumpling: Place about a tablespoon of the shrimp mixture in the center, fold over, and pinch to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the dumplings.
  5. Fry until golden, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
