- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of pepperoni slices
- 1 cup of crushed Doritos
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
- Cut the rolled dough into squares, about 3 inches by 3 inches.
- Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices on each square.
- Sprinkle the crushed Doritos generously over the fillings.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket and seal the edges well.
- Arrange the pizza rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
