Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized eggs
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • A pinch of salt
  • ΒΌ tsp black pepper
  • 4 pieces of sliced bread

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan, covering with water, bringing to a boil, and cooking for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Peeling and chopping: Cool the eggs, peel them, slice in half, and place yolks in a bowl. Chop whites into small pieces.
  3. Mixing the yolks with 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped egg whites gently to keep some chunks intact.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by spreading the mixture on bread, topping with another slice, and cutting in half.
